0007472: I can see General Setup > Application > Register with a role that has only Sales Module access

DescriptionI create a role for accessing Sales Module only. When entering with this role, I see, apart from Sales, General Setup module. When opening, only one option is available on Application > Register.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a new role "sales" with manual assignment of permissions
2. Assign the whole Sales Module to the role
3. Login with this role and see the main menu. You see an incorrect entry (see attach)
Proposed SolutionPermissions level for Register should be part of General Setup > Application so it should be hidden for a Sales role.

 There is currently no way to set the permission level for an external link menu item.
