| Description | Creating a new record in the process request window and directly pressing 'Schedule Process' without saving manually gives wrong result. It does seem to use the last visible record instead of the current unsaved one for the schedule process invocation. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Two ways: a.) Go to: "General Setup || Process Scheduling || Process Request || Process Request" Check that list of completely empty, if not delete al entries Press new record Press 'Schedule Process' Error message appears: " Process Request An error occurred scheduling the process. Error: Process Id cannot be null" b.) Go to: "General Setup || Process Scheduling || Process Request || Process Request" Check that list of completely empty, if not delete al entries Press new record Select Hearbeat as process Press Save Press new record again Note that process is AcctServer (<> heartbeat) by default Press 'Schedule process' Check in the process monitor window, that that the previous heartbeat process was scheduled not the currently visible (unsaved) AcctServer process request | |||||||

Hi, I can able to reproduce the Issue b). i have repeated the below steps Go to: "General Setup || Process Scheduling || Process Request || Process Request" Check that list is completely empty, if not delete all entries Press new record Select Hearbeat as process Press Save. Press new record Note that process is AcctServer by default (what out pressing any key ) Press 'Schedule process' Check in the process monitor window, that that the previous heartbeat process was scheduled not the currently visible (unsaved) AcctServer process request |
