| Summary | 0006880: If a button was clicked but no field was filled on a window, Autosave option should note that is nothing to be saved | |||||||
| Description | If I enter on a new record and then by mistake click on a button, a message about mandatory fields missing is displayed. After that, I realize that was the wrong record and switch to grid view to find the right one, and I get a message saying that changes will be lost because the data cannot be saved. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Enter with SampleClientAdmin user (or any client admin) 2. Go to Enterprise > Organization 3. Click on New 4. Do not touch any field, just click on Set As Ready button 5. A correct message is displayed (required fields missing) 6. Click on Grid View button 7. A new message is displayed, warning about losing data. This message should be avoided if since the previous one nothing else changed. | |||||||

Auto save functionality enables even if the user clicks tab button in the new window which has mandatory fields. |

Hi, I have tested this issue on pi repo @ rev 4fe23ad6a807 without success. I think that the problem was solved with the fix of issue 8099 [1] Can you please recheck if now is working? [1] https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=8099 [^] [^] Best Regards, Iván |

The *NEW* button should not be enable in the Organization window. The issue is not related to CCC (Autosave) Cheers, Iván |
