| Description | If the template file has a string that is already translated in the base file but they have different row ids the runTemplateMerge doesn't find the translation and the resulting file doesn't contain the translation, so we are losing the translation. | |||||||

Actually, this should be a task for the editor rather than the converter utility. Fixing issue 7007 will be a better solution :) |
