0057684: Business Date: appear in all logins instead only when oppening the store

Description

When opening the store in the till should appear the step of select the business date. But instead is appearing in all logins.

Steps To Reproduce

login in vbs-2,
close till
if ask to close the store close it,

go to backend
go to close store store, and select "Vall Blanca Store"
and close store

if gives an error because open tills, close them also, and come back to close store

once the store is closed,
go to pos and login again to vbs-2
it will ask to set the business date, set it,
then close till, it will ask to close the store, select 'NO'

so we have the store open,
then login again to vbs-2,

ERROR: it shows again the business date step, since the store is open it should not appear.
