0057680: [25Q1] Inconsistent behavior of configuration checks and preference.

Description

There is an inconsistency between the "WebPOS Safe Box Manager" preference and "Prefilter User Assigned Safe Box While Till Opening" flag. When the "WebPOS Safe Box Manager" preference is disabled, the "Prefilter User Assigned Safe Box While Till Opening" flag works as expected (only showing the safe boxes assigned to the user logging in), but not all safe boxes are visible, which is incorrect.
When the preference is enabled, all safe boxes become visible, but the flag no longer works as intended. Instead of only showing the assigned safe boxes, all safe boxes are displayed from the start, which is not the expected behavior.

Steps To Reproduce

Ensure that in the ‘Safe Box’ window there are 4 safe boxes created. Two assigned to vallblanca user, one assigned to demo user and one unassigned.

1. Go to Backoffice
2. Go to Preference Window
3. Disable WebPOS Safe Box Manager property
4. Go to 'Touchpoint Type' window → 'Safe Boxes' section
5. Tick 'Prefilter User Assigned Safe Box While Till Opening field' flag
6. Log in to POS under 'vallblanca' user
7. Push 'Next' button on the 'Set Business Date' step of the 'Initial Count'
8. Push 'Next' button on the 'Set Available Cash' step of the 'Initial Count'

See only safe boxes assigned to vallblanca user are shown

9.Push 'Show All' button

See the safe box unassigned is also shown, but no demo user's safe box

10. Go to Backoffice -> Preference Window
11. Create a new preference with following values:
Client: The White Vally Group
Organization: *
Active: checked
Property list: Checked
Selected: Checked
Property: WebPOS Safe Box Manager
Value: Y

12. Log in to POS under 'vallblanca' user
13. Push 'Next' button on the 'Set Business Date' step of the 'Initial Count'
14. Push 'Next' button on the 'Set Available Cash' step of the 'Initial Count'

See all the safe boxes are shown, but they are not being prefiltered as they were before (without the preference)
