| Summary | 0005663: Inconsistent stock validation in Work Effort | |||||||
| Description | When creating a new Work Effort, in the "Production Run" tab, if a new "WR Phase" is added and this phase depends on the work done in another phase that is in the same Work Effort (the products needed for the phase are produced in a phase before), an error saying insufficient stock appears when generating the standards. In order to reproduce the error, follow these steps: 1.- Set up a new Production Plan with the following Operations: - Operation 1: - P-: 1 x Product A - P+: 1 x Product B - Operation 2: - P-: 1 x Product B - P+: 1 x Product C 2.- Create a new physical inventory to reinitialize the stock of products A, B and C to 0. 3.- Create a new Work Requirement of 10 units of product C using the process plan created before. 4.- Create a new Work Effort header. 5.- Add a new Production Run to the Work Effort in order to register the execution of the Operation 1 for 10 times. Generate standards. 6.- Add a new Production Run to the Work Effort in order to register the execution of the Operation 2 for 10 times. Generate standards. Realize that an error of insufficient stock appears of product B. However, in the same Work Effort we registered the production of 10 units of product B. | |||||||
