0005658: Filtrar por clientes o proveedores en Terceros no funciona

DescriptionAl momento de seleccionar el filtro por clientes o proveedores en la ventana de terceros, estos devuelven todos los registros que coinciden con la expresión, pero no los filtra por cliente o proveedores o si estan activos o no a pesar que se señale en las opciones.
Steps To ReproduceGestion de datos maestros--> Terceros --->Buscar registros--->Se Selecciona clientes o Proveedores

El resultado es todos los registros coincidiente con la expresión pero no discrimina por la selección de clientes o proveedores

Summary:
0005658: Filter by costumers or vendors in business partners does not work.

Description: When you select a filter by costumer or vendors in the window of bpartner, it returns every row that match the expression, but does not filter by costumer or provider, or if they are active or not although that option is selected.

Steps To Reproduce: Master data management -> bussiness partners-> find -> Select Costumer or Vendor

Every row that match the expression of search is in but not cares about the vendor/costumer filter.

Translated because then it can be solved. I do not know if it is necessary but probably is helpful

 Please report the bug in English so people in engineering and QA could understand and reproduce the bug. If not our QA team in India won't able to check if the bug has been fixed or not
