| Summary | 0056271: Different behavior between xml and jrxml documents when sending them via email using the Immutable Reports feature. | |||||||
| Description | If the Immutable Reports feature is used, there is a different behavior when sending documents generated by xml and documents generated by jrxml, when making the purchase and selecting the option (print + email) or email. When using the parameter IS_DUPLICATE in jrxml type documents, to determine if it is a DUPLICATE or ORIGINAL, it always sends the duplicate, since by default the value of the parameter IS_DUPLICATE is always true. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1 - Enable the Immutable Reports feature in the organization. 2 - Use the IS_DUPLICATE parameter in jrxml type reports, to determine if it is Duplicate or Original. 3 - Create a ticket and select the option (print + email) or just email. 4 - Check the doc in your email client's inbox. | |||||||
