| Description | When doing a return with a Credit Note, it is not printed by RT Printed in 24Q2 for Italy with RT Printer. I am not able to finalize the return because I am stuck on the popup (see attachment) It is working well in 24Q1 for an Italian store and also in 24Q2 on a French store so it’s a regression Expected result : the Credit Note is printed with its barcode along with the return ticket with the RT printer for Italy https://openbravo.atlassian.net/browse/RM-14096 [^] | |||||||

The problem was not related with the rt printer. It was a wrong configuration. The user role didnt has permissions on the terminal organization and the tickets werent being synchronized in the backend. |
