0055551: RM-14096 Credit Notes are not printer by RT Printed in 24Q2 for Italy with RT Printer. A popup appears instead
When doing a return with a Credit Note, it is not printed by RT Printed in 24Q2 for Italy with RT Printer.

I am not able to finalize the return because I am stuck on the popup (see attachment)

It is working well in 24Q1 for an Italian store and also in 24Q2 on a French store so it’s a regression

 

Expected result : the Credit Note is printed with its barcode along with the return ticket with the RT printer for Italy

Do a verified return of the sale

current result : a popup appears (receipt fiscalization)

expected result : no popup appears and the verified return can be finalized

The problem was not related with the rt printer. It was a wrong configuration.

The user role didnt has permissions on the terminal organization and the tickets werent being synchronized in the backend.
