| Summary | 0055428: The discount Coupons are not controlling the Valid From field from the backoffice | ||||||||||
| Description | The discount coupons have a Date range in the backoffice, valid from and valid to. When you are trying to redeem a coupon already expired (Valid to field is set previous to the current date) it shows a controlled message explaining the situation. But when the field "Valid from" is set for a future date, higher than the current date, if you try to scan or redeem the coupon, it seems to be added, not a single error message is displayed, and if you try to redeem or scan it a second time, the message of "Already Redeemed Coupon You have already redeemed this coupon in the ongoing order." is displayed. We do not show a controlled error message in the POS if we try to scan or redeem a Coupon available in the future. | ||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Go to Discount Coupons Window in the backoffice 2. Create a coupon with the "Valid from" field set for a future date. 3. Go to POS 4. Add a product to the order and try to scan/redeem a coupon once. 5. Try to scan/redeem the coupon a second time. | ||||||||||
| Proposed Solution | We have to have a validation for the coupons in POS and show to the user if the coupon is set for a future date so you cannot apply it to the ticket. | ||||||||||
