0055368: [Home Delivery] : When you change the delivery address after tax calculation (which happens after clicking on Pay), taxes are no

DescriptionWhen you change the delivery address after tax calculation, taxes are not updated :

do a sale with home delivery with an address in NY

Click on pay tax for NYC are applied

change the address and choose an address in California

==> Tax are not updated

You have to go back to the ticket and click again on pay, like for semi-automatic promotion.

Proposed SolutionSolution :

update automatically taxes when the address of delivery changed

if click on pay, to grey out the button address to force the user to go back to the ticket to change the address

Fixes ISSUE-55368: When you change the delivery address after tax calculation (which happens after clicking on Pay), taxes are no updated. 24Q1 backport.
