0005518: Importing Volume with decimal point

Description

I found 2 Problems importing data.

1)When you try to import a product with a volume, it inserts correctly the value you has imported(unless you set it with decimal point) to the intermediate table i_product, but when you press the import products field it doesn't insert in the target table the volume correctly, it inserts 0.

2) When you try to import a product with a volume set with numeric value and this value has decimal point, it ignores the decimal point, also the field of the product doesn't allow to modify the value to set as a decimal. Of course when you save the value in the intermediate table as 1.3 it only inserts the 1. I tested also with weight and all the others warehouse variables of the i_product and it has the same problem.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a new import type of products i_product
Create a field with volume
Create the mandatory fields
Create a file with volume with decimal point values, and the mandatory fields completed
Import the file.
Go to import products window
See Volume field(it must be without the decimal point values)
Try to change insert a decimal point (it shows the message that it is a non right format)
Save it(it deletes the decimal point values)
Test in the Weight and others fields
