| Description | The Heartbeat and Registration popups are displaying for any user. They should only display for System Admin users. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Start a fresh installation of Openbravo with System Administrator. 2. Heartbeat registration window pops up. Choose Later. 3. Create a user with no administrative clearance. 4. Login with this new user until. By the time the registration is showed again, this new user will be asked for registration. But this decision should only be made by System Administrators. | |||||||
