| Summary | 0054154: [POS2] - Store not closed in BO after clicking on "close store" in the POS | |||||||
| Description | When I log in to the POS and I get the message “all the tills are closed, but the store is open”, I can choose an option to “close the store and log out”. When doing so, I am logged out but if I check in the BO, I can see that the store is still open: - In Window “Organization, in the header, “status = Open” - In Window “Terminals and Tills status”, in the header, “Store status = Open” This is wrong as it should be closed since it was previously closed from the POS. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | - Log in the POS and close all of your tills - Log out - Log in again and see the display of message saying “all the tills are closed, but the store is open” - Choose the option to “close the store and log out”. - Go to the backoffice - In Window “Organization", in the header, see that the “status = Open” - In Window “Terminals and Tills status”, in the header, see that “Store status = Open” | |||||||
