0053848: [23Q4] Scanning existing but not-applicable coupon triggers two messages

Description

Upon scanning an existing but non-applicable coupon, the system generates two notifications.
The first notification, triggered by the bar code scanner, incorrectly states that the coupon does not exist. Once is closed, an expected notification confirms the coupon's invalidity due to the specific reason.

Steps To Reproduce

ERP Config
- Login ERP as user: Openbravo / Pass: openbravo
- Go to "Discounts and Promotions" window
- Edit "2 x 1 - Ski Touring" discount, check "Use Coupon codes" & Save
- Click on "Coupon" Tab for this discount
- Create and save a new record
   - Coupon Code: "2x1NonValidDate"
   - Valid to: 01/01/2021
   - "Active" should be checked

POS steps
- Log in to POS using User: Vallblanca and Password: openbravo.
- Create a ticket with these items:
  - Ski touring bindings
  - Ski touring board Dyn
- Open Chrome dev tools by pressing "Cntrl+Shift+I"
- Go to "Console" tab and write:
OB.App.BarcodeScanner.scanCode({code:'2x1NonValidDate'})
- Notice 2 notifications are being displayed, if not, click "OK" in the first one:
   - "The code '2x1NonValidDate' cannot be found - NOK
   - "Not applicable coupon - This coupon expired on 2021-01-01"
