0053370: Move external system client communication API into mobile.core

Description

Currently the API for communicating with external systems in mobile applications is defined inside the org.openbravo.events.client module because it was only used by the event infrastructure so far.

It would be nice to extract all the infrastructure and API for communicating with external systems from mobile applications into mobile.core so it can be used independently of the events API.
