2) Select an user in 'General Setup || Security || User || User'.
3) Go to 'User Roles' tab and edit one record changing its role, for instance, from 'Admin' to 'Production'.

In addition to this:
1) You will be able to change the Role to one the user already has. For instance, if User A has roles Role 1 and Role 2 you will be able to update the drop-down value from Role 1 to Role 2 and from Role 2 to Role 1. But you will not be able to change Role drop-down value from Roles 1 and 2 to Role 3.
2) In the case that you were able to change the Role, you will notice that, even if '1 row/s updated' message displays, the record is not changed. For instance, if you try to update in User A (that has Role 1 and Role 2) Role 1 by Role 2, update successful will display but in grid mode you will keep seeing Role 1 and Role 2 not Role 2 twice.

As this bug is due to trying to update a column that is part of the primary key and now there is a new primary key column for this table this bug does not longer affect to trunk.
