Summary

0052541: allow to notify IEM via JMX

DescriptionAfter running each cycle, Import Entry Manager awaits for a period of time before running its next cycle. If there is a notification (for example an Import Entry was created in the node running the IEM), it starts the next without awaiting for the time to complete.

In certain cases, mainly while debugging but it might also be interesting when facing some issues, it would be useful to allow administrators to notify IEM so it resumes its next cycle without waiting.
Steps To Reproduce-
Proposed SolutionExtend JXM [1] with a method to perform the notification.
