0052117: Fill description fields in the Entity Mapping window for the Financial Multitax Category API entities

DescriptionAfter fixing issue 0049110 now it is possible to add descriptions for both the entity mappings and the property mappings. This information also appears automatically in the swagger documentation. It would be nice to fill these fields for the Financial Multitax Category API mappings.
