0051704: Closing report : display 'Initial Counted Amount' in the report

DescriptionIn related Mantis https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=51630 [^] we hide the TOTAL STARTING EXPECTED when Hide Count to Cashier = Y: this is correct

However, now in the cashup report we don’t see any information of the starting when Hide Count to Cashier = Y

So what is to be done is to show in the cashup report the TOTAL STARTING COUNTED: this discuss with @Antonio Moreno whether this TOTAL STARTING COUNTED should be displayed no matter Hide Count to Cashier = Y or N, in other words, if TOTAL STARTING COUNTED should be always be displayed in the Cashup Report
Steps To ReproduceIn POS, open the till and do an initial count
Close the till
=> In the report, the Total Starting Counted is not displayed
