| Summary | 0051624: Last incremental Master Data load field not getting updated in Channel touchpoint if the interval is small like 2 minutes | |||||||
| Description | In the Channel touchpoint type, if the Time to Incrementally refresh master data is set to 2 minutes or 5 minutes, the field is not getting updated when the incremental refresh happens in the POS. In the Terminal log, we can see that the incremental refresh happens. But the field is not updated. It's getting updated only when doing "Refresh Data" manually or refreshing the tab. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | In Live builds, 1. Select the terminal VBS-1. 2. Open the corresponding Channel Touchpoint Type. 3. Set the Time to Incrementally refresh master data in Channel Touchpoint type to 2 minutes. 4. Open POS 5. Complete a transaction. 6. Wait for few minutes. In the terminal log / Console, we can see that the incremental refresh was initiated and completed successfully. 7. In the Back office, Channel touchpoint window, notice that the field "Last incremental Master Data load" was not updated. | |||||||
