0051574: Cannot create inactive touchpoints if the number of active terminals has reached the maximum allowed in the license

DescriptionCannot create inactive touchpoints if the number of active terminals has reached the maximum allowed in the license
Steps To ReproduceIn the backoffice:
   Check the Maximum Number of Active Touchpoints of your license (Help - About - WebPOS Terminals). The instance should be actived so it cannot be tested in livebuilds
   Set as Active some terminals in order to reach this number

   Try to create a new record in Channel - Touchpoint window with Active = 'N'
   Check you cannot save it as the following error message is raised:
      Saving failed. The maximum number of allowed active POS terminals in this instance, ..., has been exceeded.
Proposed SolutionOnly check the maximum number of allowed active POS Terminals if the new touchpoint is created with Active = 'Y'
