0051320: We cannot login in a mobile device

DescriptionWe cannot do login in mobile devices because the focus goes away when clicking on any input.
Steps To ReproduceOpen POS in a mobile device. Click on user or password inputs. ERROR! We cannot write anything because the focus doesn't remain in the input.

Fixed ISSUE-51320: Login Inputs should be rerendered when resizing the window
* when resizing the window (both x and y), then Login inputs should be rerendered
* When screen orientation changed, Login inputs should be rerendered
