Description

In Add Organizations popup of Discounts and Promotions window, * should not be selectable if your role is user Level = Organization.

In Discounts and Promotions window, in the popup Add Organization, the organization "*" should not be displayed in the list, since if selected, you get an error message.

Steps To Reproduce

- Go to Livebuild
- With a specific role (one brand of one group for example)
- Go to Discount and Promotions window
- Click "add organization" on a new or existant promo
- The organization "*" should not be displayed in the list

Proposed Solution

A role with User Level=Organization can see the data at * level but not created data at this level.

A role with User Level=Client + Organization can see the data at * level, but not created data at this level.
