Summary

0051185: Cancel Order option was showing for paid delivered order

DescriptionCancel this Order option was showing for paid delivered order. But Cancel this Order should be shown only for paid undelivered order
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a receipt with product "Adhesive body warmers" and complete it.
2) Open the completed receipt and check for the option "Cancel this order" in Menu. It will not be present
3) Select Cash-up from Menu and then cancel the cashup.
4) Come back to the receipt and check for the option "Cancel this order" in Menu, Option will be available. <-- KO

Fixed ISSUE-51185: Cancel Layaway menu should be updated after receipt is loaded
* When receipt 'clear' event is triggered, then Cancel Order/Layaway menu status
  should be updated based on receipt properties
