0050990: Next button when setting the business date is not validating properly the store closed today

Description

Next button when setting the business date is not validating properly the store closed today. The validation is comparing the store business date with the business date in the till instead of comparing it with today.

Steps To Reproduce

- Store closed yesterday.
- Allow to reopen on the same day set to false
- Log in
- Set the business date
- When the user click next, the validation raises
