0050450: Securize action print draft ticket

Description1 - Go to user action and set : OBPOS2_DeliverDraftTicket
3 - Go to windows role and user actions tab, disable the action OBPOS2_DeliverDraftTicket for the selected role.
2 - Check if print button are disable when ticket is draft

 OBPOS2_DeliverDraftTicket user action has been securized.

This is the user action run from Print/Email button when the ticket is in draft (not yet completed).

You can add or remove access to this user action to the needed roles.

Thus, if the role doesn’t have access to the user action, the Print/Email button will be disabled when the ticket is in draft.
