0005031: It is not possible to delete text interfaces

DescriptionWhen a text interface is going to be deleted a mutating table error is raised.
Steps To Reproduce* Delete a text interface -> error
Proposed SolutionThe problem is the trigger for text interfaces that is trying to delete the _trl table which now has a delete on cascade. Just remove this deletion.
