| Summary | 0049822: Can not redeem points using gift voucher in POS with roles other than admin | |||||||
| Description | While processing the redemption in POS system is showing error with a normal POS user role. Note that this is happening only in the case of GIft Certificate based burn rules. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Log in with a user with role other than Admin Select a customer who has enough balance to redeem. Create a ticket and proceed to check out System shows the pop up for redemption using gift certificate Click on Redeem The error appears. The redemption is failed. | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | Need a clear message at the POS Also the role configuration is to be clearly described. | |||||||
