0049591: Implements Pay by link payment provider

DescriptionThis payment provider aims to support payment transactions executed in an external Web URL that it is fired when processing the transaction.
 
After processing the payment in the external URL, POS asks for the authorization ID that will be stored in the FIN_PAYMENT table
