0004958: Create Invoice in Commision Run

Description

When using the Create Invoice process in Commision Run (Sales Management), the process does not generate the Total Lines and Grand Total read only fields of the Invoice. if you complete the document, then these fields are also filled in. But they should be before you complete it because thee user otherwise thinks that zero amount has been generated even thought the lines have been generated properly.
