0049108: It does not allow adding products to a previously created POS estimate

It does not allow adding products to a previously created POS estimate in the version: 22Q1.1

Steps To Reproduce

1) Go to POS

2) select a product and we go to the menu and select "Create Quotation from Order" and we complete it

3) go to "Open Receipt" and look for the Quatition that we have created

4) select "Reactivate Quotation" and try to add a product but it does not allow it, therefore the error with the "developer tool" jumps
