| Summary | 0049007: JIRA 2870 - When pager server is not reachable, no coupon is printed | |||||||
| Description | In recent versions of restaurant WebPOS, when pager server is not reachable, the coupon which is normally printed by pressing "use coupon" feature doesn't work anymore. It is a regression because it worked well several weeks ago. I think it is caused by something new in terms of configuration. When you configure a delivery control and you link it to the pager mode for example, it is not possible to select an hardware manager value in addition. If you do that the field URL is hidden (cf. screenshot) and it is not possible to configure a pager server. If pager or counter mode, it is not possible to configure the server in addition to a printer. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Go to BO Linked a product to a delivery mode linked to pager mode or counter mode as delivery control type Go to WebPos and Login Select the product you previously configured Turn off the server that you normally use for the pager server or counter server switch to payment method and pay As the pager server is not reachable, a popin is displayed with 2 choices. Click use coupon --> KO no coupon is printed. | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | When pager or counter mode, be able to configure the server but also a printer if required because of offline mode. Or at least use by default the printer configured on the till you are using. | |||||||
