0048553: JS Error occurs when completing cashup with specific configuration

DescriptionIf "Count Payment in cashup" is not unchecked for Payment method under Touchpoint-Type, then JS Error occurs when completing cashup
Steps To ReproduceIn Backoffice
1) "Count Payment in Cash Up" should be unchecked for all payment method except "Cash" under Touchpoint - type
2) "Defined In Safebox" should be checked for "Cash" payment method under Touchpoint - type

In POS
1) Load POS
2) Goto Cashup
3) Last Step ("Post, print and close") is showing
4) Click "Previous". JS Error occurs
5) Click "Done". JS Error occurs

Fixed ISSUE-48553: Cashup steps should be disabled based on active payment list
* In Cashup, if there are no active payments, then
  only last step "Post, Print % Close" should be displayed
