0048288: POS duplicated discounts when cancel and replace

Description

POS duplicated discounts when cancel and replace in the version 20Q1.2

Steps To Reproduce

1) Go to the "Basic Discount" window and create a discount for a product

2) Go to Pos and select the product that we have added the discount

3) open, cancel and replace this order.

4) Add a line.

Result: the discounts are duplicated
