0048029: Invoice address is not getting validated

Description

System is allowing to add order lines and book sales order even if invoicing address is blank and More Information workspace is minimized.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Change business partner invoice address to no.

2. Create sales order and keep more information closed.

3. Click on order line tab, sales order header will get saved.
