0047927: It is not possible to show a popover with an open popup

Description

In this moment, If there is a popup component open and inside it there is an open popover, this one is going to be shown behind the popup.

In the same way, BaseMenu has the same issue.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Open an already paid ticket
2) Navigate to Proofs of Payment
3) Create New > Fill In Amount
4) It is not possible to enter a quantity because the quantity popover is displayed behind the popup
