0047454: JS exception in C&R with a item declaration product

Description

When a C&R is created for a item declaration product and this information is updated a JS exception is shown because the bPartnerLoc property is undefined in the popup.

When the onChangeBPartner event is executed the bPartnerLoc property is set to undefined in changeBPartnerLoc because locationBillModel or locationModel properties are present in the bp object

Steps To Reproduce

Log in As White Valley Group Admin Role
Update Avalanche product to Item declaration = Y
Log in YS-11 Pos Terminal
Set Carl Studson as business partner
Add Avalanche product to the receipt and define the Item declaration values
Set as Layaway this receipt
Layaway the receipt
Open the receipt
Cancel and Replace the receipt
Select the line and open Contact Info popup
Update the popup and click on Apply button and check a JS exception is shown in the console

Proposed Solution

Load the location properties from bp object or set the current location model before execute the onChangeBPartner event
