In order to reproduce it is necessary to do a return ticket which is not a verified return, when you pay 2 documents are printed. This is an standard behavior Using preference “Print Return order once instead twice in Web Pos” will allow to print just once. It seems that it is a common practice to print returns twice @for customer, one for store/restaurant) |
