0047074: JIRA-1480- Never Print Empty values

Description

Cashup / Safebox ,: at the end of the counting, ticket is printed with every values. Lot of them are empty , Zero,without senses for the casher

Steps To Reproduce

Connect to the POS
Terminal
Main Menu :
Cash Up
Step 3 of 3: Post, Print and Close

Proposed Solution

If values are not legally mandatory, do not print labels and empty values.

For example, I think that "Startings" values are mandatory, but "deposits" shouldn't.
Confirm with legal and Fix if allowed.

Add new flag in touchpoint type. Take new flag into account in PaymentMethodInfo.jsx (maybe others, i.e. totals)
