0046973: TicketLine component needs a testid in order to be managed by the automated tests

Description

For automatic test cases requiring some interaction with the ticket lines, this component has to have a proper testid set

Steps To Reproduce

In a ticket with one line, inspect the contents of the line component to find there is no testid field.
