0046798: Allow more than 1 SMTP configuration by organization inside Client > Email Configuration

DescriptionAllow more than 1 SMTP configuration by organization inside Client > Email Configuration
Steps To ReproduceGo to Client > Email Configuration: no organization field is available to be able to configure different SMTPs for different countries for instance
Proposed SolutionIt would be desirable to have Organization field mandatory/editable to add several records in that Email Configuration tab.

The Openbravo Core emailing infrastructure must work with this behavior in an organization tree manner:
* If some configuration is applied at a high level, it must apply to all organizations below
TagsNo tags attached.
