0046583: Add masterdata listeners for core2

Description

There are needed masterdata listeners for core2, for example to update the keymap configuration, when there are changes in the masterdata models of the keymap.

This masterdata listeners are only needed for core2, but the code of masterdata controller is shared between old and new pos.

So needed to add the code to old pos, but it will be disabled, since is not intended for old pos.
