| Description | It's not possible to connect to a POS that is linked to a 'touchpoint type' where org is parent org. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | The video describes the steps to follow. I updated the right to access it as it may help 1. Connect to livebuild BO with Openbravo user 2. Switch to "the white valle group admin" role 3. Open "Channel - Touchpoint type" window and create an new touchpoint type : - organization = "White Valley Spain S.A" - same definition as "POS2SD VBS POS2 Terminal Type" 4. Open "Channel - Touchpoint" and create a POS : - store = Vall Blanca Store - touchpoint type = touchpoint type you created - same defintion as VBS-2 5. Try to login to the new POS with vallblance user: - following message is displayed "Error / The application could not be initialized. The server may not be available and the cache has not enough data. Check your server connection and try again." - see image for message in console | |||||||
