0045990: POS Translation change requires to rebuild application

DescriptionWhen modifying a translation that will be used by POS, it requires to rebuild the application (and a technical intervention so)

In previous version, translations applied when refreshing the POS
Steps To Reproduce1. Change a translation in "Message" window
2. Refreh POS and I check the label => previous remains

This works in this way in core2 by design, translations are considered source code, therefore they can be built at compilation time allowing us to improve performance.

Note also that in backoffice application, translations can be cached not being guaranteed they will be visible as soon as they are applied.
