0045523: CI is fail when you use the french translation module of taxexempt

Description

When we add the module org.openbravo.retail.taxexempt.fr_FR
We have a dbconsistency error in CI.

To fix it is necessary to remove the field commercial_tier

Steps To Reproduce

Just launch a CI and check the result
