Ingenico pointed ou that in the Ingenico Axis C3 module we need to remove the OK bouton
Steps To ReproduceInstall and configure the Ingenico Axis C3 module

Do a payment

You will get a Cancel and an OK bouton

Proposed SolutionIngenico comments:
* OK bouton must be removed
* Option displayed is 0xC2, and only cancellation possbile
* Configuration for the customer is ICL_MODE = 2 in the c3config file
