0045349: Max amount not properly managed in WEBPOS

Description

If a payment method is configured as max amount, in the next ticket the message is displayed even if it is another payment method that does not apply.

Max amount should apply only to the payment methods configured, including payment methods under Group Providers

Steps To Reproduce

1.Have a max amount configured for Voucher for example
2. Go to WEBPOS and add products for a higher value and select payment method of above step-->Error is displayed
3 Delete ticket
4.Add new products and go to payment screen,see that even if the payment method is different the message of step 2 remains and it should not

This should apply also for payment providers

Proposed Solution

-Error message should only apply for the specific payment method when user adds a higher value

-Should not be stored from one transaction to another

-Error should be displayed also if it applies to payments that are under a group provider
